Olivia specializes in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements for film and television projects, including rights and option/purchase agreements, above-the-line talent contracts (writer, producer, director, performer), production services agreements, co-production deals, and crew contracts.

She is well-versed in supervising clearance procedures, evaluating content for legal risks, including copyright, trademark, defamation, publicity, and privacy, and resolving complex chain-of-title issues. Prior to law school, Olivia worked as an actor and casting assistant with an Emmy Award–winning casting director. She completed her articles at a mid-sized boutique litigation firm in Toronto.

Outside of her legal practice, Olivia enjoys hiking, working out, and performing in The Lawyer Show.
